Stir-fried snow peas and Chinese sausage

About this recipe: This is another good vegetable stir-fry dish. Chinese sausages are very tasty but they aren't too healthy so we don't cook them very frequently though.

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 75g Chinese sausage, sliced
  • 5 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50g carrot, sliced
  • 250g snow peas
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 100ml water


  1. Heat the oil in a pot and pan fry the sausages with medium heat until it is slightly browned.
  2. Remove the sausages and put in the ginger. Fry the ginger until it is fragrant.
  3. Add garlic, carrot, snow peas, rice wine, oyster sauce and the sausages.
  4. Pour in water. Cover the pot with a lid and allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve.
