Ginger omelette

    I like the smell of ginger. When ginger is deep-fried, the taste is even more obvious. Great for people who like ginger!

    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 25 g dried prawn
    • A pinch of salt
    • Oil
    • 5 slices of ginger


    1. Mix the egg, dried prawn and salt.
    2. Heat the oil and fry the ginger. When it is fragrant, pour the egg mixture onto the pan and fry on both sides until it is yellowish brown. Serve.
