    About this recipe: Black pomfrets can have a rather fishy taste which is why my kid does not like it but this smell can be removed by placing ginger in the stomach.

    Ingredients

    • 500g black pomfret
    • A few slices ginger
    • 3 tbsp oil

    Directions

    1. Stuff a few slices of ginger into the stomach of a black pomfret to remove the fishy smell.
    2. Oil a frying pan with 3 tbsp of oil. Turn the heat to medium-low and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve.
