Daikon Soup

    Daikon can be slightly bitter, which is why we don't stir-fry it but cook it in soup with pork ribs and some sweeter herbs. It has cleansing properties.

    • 520g daikon, sliced 1cm thick
    • 2500ml water
    • 450g pork ribs
    • 1 tbsp woflberries
    • 5 dried longans
    • 5 red dates
    • 3 pieces huai shan (淮山)


    1. Place all ingredients in a large pot and boil under low heat for 1 hour. Serve.
