Bunashimeji mushroom stir-fry
Bunashimeji mushrooms have become something we cook more and more frequently after we discovered it about 4 years ago. They are really sweet!

120g whole prawns
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
A few slices ginger
1 packet white bunashimeji mushroom
1 packet brown bunashimeji mushroom
1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Shell the prawns and remove the head.
- Oil a frying pan and turn on the stove to medium heat. Fry the garlic until slightly brown.
- Add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the prawns as well and stir-fry until pink.
- Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add oyster sauce and quickly stir-fry to combine. Serve.
