Bunashimeji mushroom stir-fry

    Bunashimeji mushrooms have become something we cook more and more frequently after we discovered it about 4 years ago. They are really sweet!

    • 120g whole prawns
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • A few slices ginger
    • 1 packet white bunashimeji mushroom
    • 1 packet brown bunashimeji mushroom
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce


    1. Shell the prawns and remove the head.
    2. Oil a frying pan and turn on the stove to medium heat. Fry the garlic until slightly brown.
    3. Add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the prawns as well and stir-fry until pink.
    4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add oyster sauce and quickly stir-fry to combine. Serve.
