    About this recipe: The prawns and tomatoes in the omelette goes surprisingly well with each other! Extra flavor from the tomatoes!

    Ingredients

    • 5-6 prawns, cut into thirds
    • 1 tomato, chopped into chunks
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • A dash of pepper

    Directions

    1. In a frying pan, fry the prawns and tomato quickly under medium heat until the prawns are almost pink.
    2. Mix the eggs and pepper together in a small bowl.
    3. Pour the mixture out on top of the prawns. Allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the base has set. Gently lift the omelette and flip it over. Allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan.
