Stir-fried pork with curry leaves

    Curry leaves are very fragrant, which makes them a good ingredient to cook with if you like the smell. Just a few of them would make any dish smell good!

    • 300g pork loin, sliced
    • 1 tsp maggi seasoning
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
    • a dash of pepper
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • A pinch of salt
    • A few curry leaves


    1. First season the pork slices in magi seasoning, sugar, dark soy sauce, pepper, soy sauce and salt for about 1 hours, up to ½ a day.
    2. Pan-fry the pork slices under medium heat for about 1 minute. Add curry leaves and continue to stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Serve.
