I tried this as well and it was simple and flavourful! But do you have any idea how to reduce the 'crunchiness' in the veg? mine was abit too hard.. i tried boiling it before cooking but it was the same.. anything to do with the veg country origin? I'm a Singaporean but currently living in UK.. Thanks in advance! - 02 Sep 2015
