    • 300g pork loin, sliced thinly
    • 1 tsp maggi seasoning
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
    • A dash of pepper
    • 1 tsp light soy sauce
    • A pinch of salt
    • 1 egg white
    • 5 soda biscuits, crushed
    • 3 potatoes, sliced
    • 2 tbsp curry powder
    • ½ yellow onion, sliced
    • A few slices of carrot (garnish)

    1. First season the pork slices in magi seasoning, sugar, dark soy sauce, pepper, soy sauce and salt for about 1 hour, up to ½ a day.
    2. Dip the pork slices in the egg white and coat with soda biscuit crumbs. Pan-fry under medium heat until golden brown and remove from pan.
    3. Fry the potatoes in the same pan. Cover the lid and allow it to cook until the potatoes are soft. Remove the lid to stir occasionally, so that the potatoes do not get charred.
    4. Add the fried pork slices, curry powder, onion and carrot. Mix well until the curry powder is spread evenly. A little water can be added here. Serve.
