Stir-fried long beans with pork
As you can see from the photo, there is quite a lot of minced pork! This is beacause the kids do not like to eat their veggies - but this amount of pork can be reduced.

4 strings long beans, cut to 3-4cm sections
2 cloves garlic, chopped
150g minced pork
1 chili, sliced
A pinch of salt
1 tsp light soy sauce
- Blanch the long beans for 2 minutes in boiling water. Remove and set aside.
- In a hot frying pan, fry the garlic until it starts to brown.
- Add minced pork and cook until it loses its pinkness. Stir well to break the minced pork up.
- Add the long beans and chili. Stir well to mix. Add salt and light soy sauce. Mix again. Serve.
