Homecooked Simple Spaghetti

    We usually like to eat Western style food at home as it is tasty and easy to cook. This homecooked simple spaghetti uses readymade pasta sauce.

    • 250g spaghetti
    • 2 pieces shallots, chopped
    • 240g minced pork
    • 10 prawns, shelled
    • 4 pieces bacon, cut into smaller pieces
    • 2 sausages, sliced
    • 450g canned pasta sauce
    • 4 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese (optional)


    1. In a pot of boiling water, allow spaghetti to cook for about 8 minutes or until al dente.
    2. Oil a frying pan and fry the shallots until fragrant. Add the minced pork and cook until they lose their pinkness. Stir well to break up the minced pork. Add prawns and cook until pink.
    3. Add bacon, sausages and pasta sauce. Stir well to mix the meat and prawns with the pasta sauce. Cook until the pasta sauce turns warm. Remove from heat.
    4. Portion out the spaghetti into 4 portions. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti. Add mozzarella if desired. Serve.
