Grilled salmon

    This is a very delicious and nutritious dish that can be served with rice during dinner.

    • 4 slices salmon (about 450g)
    • A pinch of salt
    • A dash of pepper
    • ½ lemon (or 1 lime)


    1. Pat salmon dry with kitchen towels.
    2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Grill for 20 minutes in the toaster oven at 250C. Squeeze the lemon or lime over it. Serve.
