About this recipe:
This is a very delicious and nutritious dish that can be served with rice during dinner.
4 slices salmon (about 450g)
A pinch of salt
A dash of pepper
½ lemon (or 1 lime)
- Pat salmon dry with kitchen towels.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill for 20 minutes in the toaster oven at 250C. Squeeze the lemon or lime over it. Serve.
