Stir-fry Shredded cabbage with Eggs

    This recipe is easy to make. It only takes less than 15 minutes and you're only using two main ingredients eggs and cabbage

    • Half of shredded cabbage
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • Salt and white ground pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp white sugar


    1. In a medium high heat, put two tablespoon of olive oil in a wok, when it's hot, add the chopped garlic and stir until medium brown.
    2. Add cabbage and water to the wok, and close the lid to steam for 5 minutes.
    3. Then add two eggs, salt, white sugar, and white ground pepper and mix them altogether until egg is fully cooked. After that, serve with white rice.
