Pan-fried tau gwa

    This is a very simple and enjoyable dish. It is usually eaten with porridge at lunch.

    • 1 piece tau gwa, sliced ½ cm thick
    • Oil for frying


    1. Add enough oil to cover the entire surface of the frying pan. Turn the stove to medium-low heat and wait for the oil to heat up.
    2. Pat the tau gwa dry and pan-fry until slightly golden yellow. Flip over to the other side and pan-fry until golden yellow as well. Serve.
