    About this recipe: This is a very sweet-tasting dish that is easy to cook. It goes well with rice and can be eaten during dinner.

    Ingredients

    • 250g pork shoulder, sliced about 1cm thick
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tsp oyster sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 pepper, pounded
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

    Directions

    1. Marinate the pork slices with the rest of the ingredients for about 30 minutes.
    2. In a hot pan, pan-fry the pork slices under medium heat until it starts to brown and the marinade dries up. The pork should still be slightly sticky with marinade. Serve.
