    About this recipe: Goreng pisang means fried banana in Malay. It is very delicious and is eaten as a snack.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 200g goreng pisang flour
    • Water
    • 7-8 bananas

    Directions
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Mix the Goreng Pisang flour with some water and add until the Goreng Pisang flour and water forms a smooth sticky batter. It should not be too watery.
    2. Dip the bananas into the Goreng Pisang batter and coat evenly with batter.
    3. Fry in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve.
