About this recipe:
Goreng pisang means fried banana in Malay. It is very delicious and is eaten as a snack.
200g goreng pisang flour
- Mix the Goreng Pisang flour with some water and add until the Goreng Pisang flour and water forms a smooth sticky batter. It should not be too watery.
- Dip the bananas into the Goreng Pisang batter and coat evenly with batter.
- Fry in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve.
