Chicken and broccoli stir-fry
This is an interesting dish that is quite easy to cook. This dish is usually served at lunch or dinner with rice or porridge.

2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 yellow onion, sliced
1 chicken breast, deboned, cut into pieces
2 dried mushrooms, soaked until soft, cut into strips
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
- Oil the frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Add the garlic and onion and fry until brown under medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white on the outside. Next, add mushroom, broccoli, light soy sauce and sugar. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Add water, stir and cover the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli turns soft. Serve.
