Minced pork omelette

    This is a very simple and enjoyable omelette. It goes well with rice or porridge.

    Serves: 6 

    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 30g minced pork
    • a dash of pepper

    1. Mix the eggs, minced pork and pepper together in a small bowl.
    2. Pour a quarter out on a hot frying pan. Allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the base has set. Gently lift the omelette and flip it over. Allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan.
    3. Repeat for the rest of the egg mixture.
