Eggs and prawn stir-fry
This is a simple eggs and prawn stir-fry dish that kids love! It goes very well with porridge or rice.

150g prawns, shelled and defrosted
4 eggs, beaten
a pinch of salt
- Fry the prawns under medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add salt to the egg mixture to taste.
- Pour the beaten egg over the prawn and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes or until the eggs are golden. Serve.
