    About this recipe: This is a simple eggs and prawn stir-fry dish that kids love! It goes very well with porridge or rice.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 5 

    • 150g prawns, shelled and defrosted
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • a pinch of salt

    Directions
    Prep:1min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:6min 

    1. Fry the prawns under medium heat for 1 minute.
    2. Add salt to the egg mixture to taste.
    3. Pour the beaten egg over the prawn and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes or until the eggs are golden. Serve.
