  • 2 kg water
  • 300g pork ribs
  • 350g watercress, cut
  • a handful of sweet almond (南杏)
  • 5 honey dates (蜜枣)

  1. Pour the water into a large pot and boil under high heat.
  2. Once the water starts to boil, add in all the ingredients. Reduce the heat to low and allow it to cook for 4 hours.
