Baked Cassava Cake

9 people made this

About this recipe: I was curious about how cassava can made into cake with butter and flour so I tried out the recipe. This cake is buttery and tastes quite good. If I were to do it again, I must grate cassava till fine as I found the grated cassava in this cake a bit hard.
