About this recipe: This a very tasty dish. The soybean paste is especially enjoyable.

Serves: 4 

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 50g dried prawns
  • 3 small chillies
  • 8 preserved soybeans
  • oil
  • 200g sweet potato leaves
  • 100ml hot water
  • a pinch of salt

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Pound the garlic, dry prawns, chillies and soybeans together.
  2. Heat the oil. When it is hot, add the paste and fry for 1-2 minutes under medium fire.
  3. Put in the sweet potato leaves and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the hot water and add some salt. Serve.
