About this recipe:
This is a simple dish that is eaten at lunch or dinner.
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
100g minced pork
a pinch of salt
- Heat the oil and fry the garlic under medium heat until it starts to brown.
- Add in the minced pork and fry until it starts to turn gray.
- Add in the spinach. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then add some salt.
- Pour in water and cover the pan with a lid. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds. Turn off heat. Serve.
