    About this recipe: This is a delicious dish that goes well with rice.

    Serves: 4 

    • Oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 100g prawn, shelled
    • 2 dried mushrooms, soaked until soft, sliced
    • a few slices carrot
    • 200g snow peas
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 100ml water

    Prep:2hr  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:2hr15min 

    1. Heat the oil. When it is hot, fry the garlic until it is brown.
    2. Put in the prawns, then the mushrooms and carrots.
    3. Add the snow peas, then fry for 1-2 minutes under medium heat.
    4. Add in the oyster sauce and fry until fragrant.
    5. Add water and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
