About this recipe: This is a simple vegetable dish that is usually served with porridge at lunch.

Serves: 5 

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 500g chinese cabbage, cut into slices
  • 50g canned stewed pork chops
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100ml hot water

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:7min  ›  Ready in:12min 

  1. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the garlic until it turns brown.
  2. Put in the pork, then add the Chinese cabbage.
  3. Sprinkle some salt and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add in hot water and serve.
