About this recipe: This is a very enjoyable dish that is quite simple to cook.

Serves: 5 

  • oil
  • 5 chicken wings
  • 50g black fungus
  • 3 tbsp rice wine
  • 100ml water

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and pan-fry the chicken wings under medium heat until they brown. Check that they are cooked by poking them with a fork. If it is cooked, the fork should come out easily.
  2. Remove the chicken wings and fry the ginger and black fungus under medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Put in the chicken again and pour in the rice wine and water. Cover the pan and allow it to boil for 4-5 minutes. Serve.
