Fishball soup

    This is a delicious clear soup with fishballs, cabbage and eggs. It is served with rice at dinner.

    Serves: 5 

    • 2000ml water
    • 400g chicken bones
    • 200g cabbage
    • 10 fishballs
    • 5 quail eggs
    • 50g minced meat
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • a pinch of salt

    1. Boil the water in a large pot. Put in the chicken bone and boil with a small fire for 1 hour.
    2. Remove the chicken bone and add the cabbage. Boil for 15 minutes.
    3. Add the fishballs and quail eggs.
    4. Put in the minced meat.
    5. Beat the egg and pour it into the pot. Add some salt.
