About this recipe:
This is a delicious clear soup with fishballs, cabbage and eggs. It is served with rice at dinner.
400g chicken bones
5 quail eggs
50g minced meat
1 egg, beaten
a pinch of salt
- Boil the water in a large pot. Put in the chicken bone and boil with a small fire for 1 hour.
- Remove the chicken bone and add the cabbage. Boil for 15 minutes.
- Add the fishballs and quail eggs.
- Put in the minced meat.
- Beat the egg and pour it into the pot. Add some salt.
