About this recipe:
This is a simple clear soup that has a lot of taste, thanks to the ikan bilis and tofu.
1 handful ikan bilis
2 sticks dried beancurd skin, soaked until soft, cut into pieces
1 tomato, cut into eights
1 stalk spring onion, cut into 4-5cm intervals
50g minced meat
a pinch of salt
1 tube (90g) tofu
shallots for garnish
- In a large pot, place the water and ikan bilis. Allow it to boil under medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Add the beancurd skin, tomato, spring onion, minced meat and salt and cook until the minced meat turns gray.
- Add the tofu and stir for 30 seconds. Serve with shallots.
