    About this recipe: This is a very simple vegetable dish that is commonly served at lunch or dinner.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 200g baby shanghai greens
    • a pinch of salt
    • 75ml water

    Directions
    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:7min 

    1. Oil the frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Add the garlic and fry until brown under medium heat.
    2. Add baby shanghai greens. Cover the lid and allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
    3. Pour in water and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Serve.
