About this recipe: This is a simple vegetable dish that is usually served at lunch or dinner.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 200g kana cai(橄榄菜)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 75ml water

  1. Oil the frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Add the garlic and fry until brown under medium heat.
  2. Add kana cai, oyster sauce and water. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Serve.
