About this recipe: This is a simple recipe for pan-fried fish. It is usually served at lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 300g fish, whole
  • a pinch of salt
  • ½ cup oil

Directions
Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. First pat the fish dry and rub salt over it to remove the smell.
  2. In a large pan pour oil and wait for it to heat up.
  3. Once it is hot (oil is sputtering), lower the fish slowly in the pan and fry under low heat until it is golden brown. Serve.
