Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins
1.
First pat the fish dry and rub salt over it to remove the smell.
2.
In a large pan pour oil and wait for it to heat up.
3.
Once it is hot (oil is sputtering), lower the fish slowly in the pan and fry under low heat until it is golden brown. Serve.
