- 300g fish, whole
- a pinch of salt
- ½ cup oil

- First pat the fish dry and rub salt over it to remove the smell.
- In a large pan pour oil and wait for it to heat up.
- Once it is hot (oil is sputtering), lower the fish slowly in the pan and fry under low heat until it is golden brown. Serve.
