    About this recipe: This is a simple, tasty omelet.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 3 stalks long bean, chopped
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • a pinch of salt

    Directions

    1. First, fry the long beans in a pan under medium heat until it starts to shrivel up.
    2. In a small bowl, mix the eggs and salt.
    3. Pour the egg mixture over the long beans in the pan and allow it to cook until the base is set. Once the base is set, flip the egg over and allow it to cook for another 1-2 minute. Serve.
