Marinate the minced meat with the salt, cornflour and sesame oil for about 1 hour.
Place some minced meat in the middle of the wanton skin. Apply some water to the sides of the wanton skin. Take one corner of the wanton skin and fold it to the corner diagonally opposite. Now, take the two adjacent corners and fold them towards each other. Apply some water so that the two corners will stick.
In a deep fryer, deep fry the wantons until they turn golden brown. Serve.
