- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 small prawns, shelled
- 2 dried mushrooms, soaked until soft, cut into strips
- ½ carrot (25g), sliced
- 100g cauliflower
- 150g broccoli
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 150ml water

- Oil the frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Add the garlic and fry until brown under medium heat.
- Add prawns and fry until it turns pink. Next, add mushroom, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Add water, stir and cover the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli and cauliflower turns soft. Serve.
