About this recipe: Fish head is quite challenging to eat, but it gives a soup a lot of taste.

Serves: 5 

  • 2000ml water
  • 1kg fish head, washed
  • 250g salted vegetables
  • 3 large onions, sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 10 slices ginger, cut into strips
  • Cilantro for garnish

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr10min 

  1. Place water, fish head, salted vegetables, onions, tomatoes and ginger into a large pot and boil for 1 hour under medium heat.
  2. Turn off heat and garnish with cilantro. Serve.
