About this recipe: This soup is very interesting, yet simple.

Serves: 5 

  • 1500ml water
  • 500g chicken bones
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 25g seaweed
  • 1 packet enoki mushrooms

Prep:2min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr2min 

  1. In a large pot, add water and chicken bones. Under medium heat, allow it to boil for 1 hour.
  2. After an hour, add the tomatoes and seaweed and stir for 1 minute. Turn off heat. Add the enoki mushrooms. Serve.
