- 12 pieces raw fish slices
- half cup tempura flour
- a pinch of salt

- Pat dry the raw fish slices so that oil will not sputter later.
- Mix the tempura flour with salt.
- Dip the raw fish slices into the tempura flour mixture.
- Fry in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve.
