Tempura fried fish

About this recipe: This is a really enjoyable dish that can be served at lunch or dinner.

Serves: 6 

  • 12 pieces raw fish slices
  • half cup tempura flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • Oil

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Pat dry the raw fish slices so that oil will not sputter later.
  2. Mix the tempura flour with salt.
  3. Dip the raw fish slices into the tempura flour mixture.
  4. Fry in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve.
