  • 12 pieces raw fish slices
  • half cup tempura flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • Oil

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins

Pat dry the raw fish slices so that oil will not sputter later.
2.
Mix the tempura flour with salt.
3.
Dip the raw fish slices into the tempura flour mixture.
4.
Fry in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve.
