About this recipe: This is a simple, delicious dish that should be eaten with rice or porridge.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 dried mushrooms, soaked until soft, cut into strips
  • 300g kana cai (橄榄菜)
  • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Oil

  1. Fry garlic until brown under medium heat.
  2. Next, add mushroom, kana cai and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Serve.
