Watercress soup with pork ribs

    This is a clear soup that brings out the sweetness of the watercress.

    • 200 ml water
    • 250g pork ribs
    • 2 tbsp wolfberries
    • 175g watercress, cut
    • a pinch of salt

    1. Pour the water into a large pot and boil under high heat.
    2. Once the water starts to boil, add in the pork ribs, wolfberries, (HERBS?) as well as watercress stems. Reduce the heat to low and allow it to cook for 1 hour.
    3. Add salt and watercress leaves and stir. Turn off heat. Serve.
