- 200 ml water
- 250g pork ribs
- 2 tbsp wolfberries
- 175g watercress, cut
- a pinch of salt
Prep:5min › Cook:1hr › Ready in:1hr5min
- Pour the water into a large pot and boil under high heat.
- Once the water starts to boil, add in the pork ribs, wolfberries, (HERBS?) as well as watercress stems. Reduce the heat to low and allow it to cook for 1 hour.
- Add salt and watercress leaves and stir. Turn off heat. Serve.
