Stir-fried kana (mustard greens) with prawns

    This is a simple vegetable stir-fry dish.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 100g prawns, shelled
    • 2 dried mushrooms, soaked until soft, cut into strips
    • 1/2 carrot (25 g), sliced
    • 300g kana cai橄榄菜
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

    1. Oil the frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Add the garlic and fry until brown under medium heat.
    2. Add prawns and fry until it turns pink. Next, add mushroom, carrot, kana cai and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Serve.
