About this recipe: This is a simple vegetable side-dish.

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • handful dried shrimps, rinsed
  • 400g long beans, cut
  • a pinch of salt
  • 120ml water

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Oil a frying pan. Once the oil is hot (oil starts sputtering), fry garlic and dried shrimps under medium heat for 20 seconds.
  2. Add long beans and fry for 1 minute. Cover the pan and allow long beans to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the spinach and pour the water over the long beans. Mix well. Remove from pan. Serve.
