Stir-fried egg tofu with minced meat

    This is a good tofu dish that looks appealing due to its variety of colors.

    Serves: 3 

    • 1 tube egg tofu (160 g), sliced 1cm thick
    • 50g mixed vegetables
    • 50g minced pork
    • 1 tbsp cornflour
    • 150 ml water
    • 2 tbsp oil

    1. Oil a frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Under medium heat, pan fry the egg tofu until golden brown. Remove from pan.
    2. To the same pan, add minced pork and fry under medium heat till pork turns pink. Add the mixed vegetables, cornflour and water; stir well. Once cornflour dissolves, turn off heat.
    3. egg tofu on a serving plate and pour the minced pork sauce over the egg tofu. Serve.
