Stir-fried spinach with garlic

    It is a simple vegetable dish that is eaten at dinner with rice.

    Serves: 3 

    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • handful silverfish, rinsed
    • 300g spinach, cut
    • a pinch of salt
    • 50 ml water

    1. Oil a frying pan. Once the oil is hot (oil starts sputtering), fry garlic and silverfish under medium heat for 20 seconds.
    2. Add spinach (stems first, then leaves) and fry for 1 minute. Cover the pan and allow spinach to cook for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the spinach and pour 50 ml of water over the spinach. Mix well. Remove from pan. Serve.
