Kuli Paniyaaram

    Serves: 3 

    • 1 cup dosa batter
    • 1 medium sized chopped onion
    • 1 small chopped green chilli
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
    • 3 tbsp oil

    1. First, mix all the ingredients together.
    2. Second, prepare the special pan with oil. You can use any oil.
    3. Lastly, pour batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes. For 1 paniyaaram, add a quater batter into it and cook 1 side for 2 mins.
