About this recipe: We have a wonderful friend name Maggie, She had share this recipe with my husband and I. I think I would post this up and post it for you all to try it out. It is wonderful to pair it with some rice, quinoa, salad and even some pita bread.
Leftovers- Use it for a salad or add it in a pita for lunch. Other option-If you don't like chicken tried this with pork or beef.
