    About this recipe: A salad made more healthier and attractive with sprouted beans and beetroot.It is tangy in taste which will be loved by all.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 1 cup capsicum finely sliced, finely sliced cabbage
    • ¼ cup sprouted beans , cup beetroot (cubed) ,cup green peas (boiled),cup honey
    • 1 carrot (sliced), orange (peeled)
    • 6-7 lettuce leaves.
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, tsp salt,
    • 1 tbsp salad oil

    Directions
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:15min setting  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Whisk together all the ingredients of the dressing in a bowl with an egg beater.
    2. Wash all the salad ingredients & mix them. Arrange them on a plate on a bed of lettuce leaves. Pour the dressing. Toss & serve.
