About this recipe:There’re many different ways to receive the health benefits of Celery. Eating Celery in its natural raw form is one way; it has a rich source of Vitamin C & a remedy to lower blood pressure & aids in the fight against cancer.
Cut off both ends of celery. You may wanna remove the “veins” by using a vegetable peeler if you prefer to have a smooth texture. Rinse & cut into slices.
Remove mushrooms from can & cut into slices.
Heat oil in wok. Add garlic & chicken. When half-cooked, add celery, mushrooms, oyster sauce & water. Mix well & cover lid. Simmer for about 5mins.
Remove lid & add wine, sesame oil & stir fry for another min. Remove & put them in separate pouches & you'll have your lovely garden vegetables.
Put these Celery & Chicken in these cute little garden lettuce pouches & your guests can have the choice of eating them with rice/porridge or simply lifting these pouches with their bare hands to eat as a vegetable wrap.
