About this recipe:
Serve this simple chocolate sauce warm over ice-cream, crepes or pancakes or serve with any steamed pudding or berry dessert.
100 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
15 g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup or honey
- Put the chocolate in a small saucepan with the butter, syrup or honey and 1½ tablespoons of water. Warm gently over a low heat until the chocolate has melted.
- Remove the pan from the heat and serve warm.
