About this recipe: Marmalade and soy sauce - sounds like a disgusting combo, but trust me. It works very well! This is the simplest way to make a delicious teriyaki-style chicken.

Serves: 4 

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup marmalade
  • 2 tbs rice wine "Sake"
  • 2 lb chicken drumsticks

  1. In a very big pan, mix well the soy sauce, marmalade and rice wine until combined.
  2. Place the chicken drumsticks in the pan as single layer. Bring to boil over medium heat.
  3. When it starts to boil, lower the heat. Place a lid on the pan and braise for 40 minutes. Turn the drumsticks 3 - 4 times during the cooking process.
