- 450 g chicken liver
- 300 g chicken gizzard
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 green onions, cut into 2 cm
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil

- Rinse and dry the livers and gizzards. Chop the gizzard into small bite-size pieces. Quarter the livers. Marinate with turmeric and salt and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in pan until hot. Saute the onions until soft, then add the gizzard and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add the liver and stir-fry until it's cooked. Scatter the chopped green onions, mix well and remove from heat. Serve with steamed rice.
