Rinse and dry the livers and gizzards. Chop the gizzard into small bite-size pieces. Quarter the livers. Marinate with turmeric and salt and set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan until hot. Saute the onions until soft, then add the gizzard and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add the liver and stir-fry until it's cooked. Scatter the chopped green onions, mix well and remove from heat. Serve with steamed rice.
